Satya Sai Platinum Hospital Ulhasnagar - Not Done Operation

I'm a patient of Satya Sai Platinum Hospital Ulhasnagar, I admitted on Monday and today is Friday but i haven't had surgery yet, Everyday giving antibiotics.
Dr. had just come, I asked him when the operation would be done, he started saying that it will happen on tuesday.
I have left my work and have come to the hospital that I will have an operation, I will recover and work again, but this work is going on in a different way. I applied in Rajiv Gandhi scheme: That's why these people are so late
If I had done the same work in private, then I would have operation done
I request you that please do my operation as soon as possible
