Snafe - Not delivering product

I have order a products from snafe ... I have paid online as thy were giving dome discount in that... More than ** days over they have not delivered the items .... There contact numbers is also fake ... I sent them mail also but in that they are writing that within ** hrs items will get delivered but like that ** mails everyday i am sending them but same words they are repeating
