Akola Trackon - Not delivering package in due time

Trackon Akola delayed my shipment(************) reasoning that they had holidays they did not progressed my item so that it arrived past due date last time.it was standing in Akola hub without progressing further for *days after supposed dispatch.and again this time the responsible person Umesh Khatri told me yesterday that the shipment will arrive delayed due to holidays.I don't find any holidays except on * perhaps on * november on trackon website.These shipment include prescription medications please inquire into the reason of neglect and indolence by Trackon Akola (Umesh Khatri).
