GATI PACKERS MOVERS - Not delivering my goods

have shifted to Guwahati, Assam,so I have connected GATI PACKERS and MOVERS,Bengaluru on May by searching in Google.After communication I invited them to take my household items and a * wheeler on **th May,On **th he asked me to pay **,*** of the transportation cost in advance,so I did,next day **th of May I called him to ask whether my items are sent or not, he answered that is been sent on **th only and will take * days maximum to get it delivered in Assam.
And today it's ** days and no proper updates no information is being given to me and threatening me not to call him for updates,It seems like they have not sent or they kept it.
