Pramod Kumar - Not delivering and the product and no refund

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your kind attention regarding the fraudulent act by the pigeon medicine supplier ,Mr.Pramod Kumar of Bangalore .

with reference to the post in United Pigeon Club whatsapp group , regarding vaccine for PMV ,I ordered the same from Pramod Kumar, Bangalore and as advised by him ,I paid Rs.**** on **.**.****.

On **th April **** ,I did a follow up and he replied ,"ok Wait" ,I did so and there was no revert from his end.

Again on **th April **** ,I messaged him,asking any updates ,he answered,NO. Meanwhile I send an audio clip advising him to refund the amount paid by myself and my Mohammed Rafeeq. There was no reply from his end.

On **th April ,I again asked him to call back and he replied ,Wait.

From *st May **** till date ,I ranged him several times a day and he was not answering my calls/messages.

On ** th May ****,I ranged him from another number and he immediately answered since he didn't know that it's me.

His answers were rubbish.

I was kind enough thinking that he might have been struck during this pandemic the reason why I gave him time from **th April till date but I realise that he was betraying me.

Till date he hasn't refunded the amount by myself and Mr.Rafeeq(Total Rs.****).

I hereby attach all the proof for your kind reference.

On **th May **** , I published a post in facebook regarding this incident with all the details so that my fellow fanciers doesn't get cheated by Mr.Pramod Kumar.
On **th May **** at **.** am he started sending me threatening messages and was saying that the delivery is delayed due to lockdown,in return I replied that lockdown is there every where but he should show the basic courtesy tp reply to my messages.Also I mentioned that I will file a case in consumer court and he replied,"dont be too smart.

I hereby plead for justice as its my hard earned money.
