Clothing Pallete - Not delivered what I ordered but got 2 old sarees

Actually in face book, it posted like navratri offer, any * dress at ****. So I clicked the what's app link which they provided and selected the dresses. I chose COD. They send through by shiprocket. And I got it in Amazon cover. I was confused. Because in my Amazon account when I checked in my orders, it was not in order. I got two tored sarees in it. I was totally shock. And no one was responding to my call and messages. I got scolded for waste of money and said not to shop anymore in online. I ordered on **- *- **** and got on ** September. Item was packed in Changodar GIDC Gujarat and delivered to etcherla Srikakulam. Order I'd was **********. Tracking I'd was ************. The what's app number was named as Zulima fashion. Please if possible resolve my problem. And that type of people should be banned.
