Tijori has not fulfilled my order for * months.
I placed my order on **th May, for * items worth *,***/-. * of these * products, worth ***/-, were delivered in the first week of June. I am still waiting for the rest.
Following is the list of items I ordered:
*. Fenugreek Hair Oil
*. Tan Removal Sundried Oranges & Papaya Facial Scrub
*. ** Carat Gold Facial Scrub for Matured Skin
*. Set of *: Blue Bamboo Kurta & Pajama (*-* months old)
*. Aqua Tea Anti Baldness Hair Gel – *** gms - Received
*. Papaya Everyday Cream - Received
*. Natural Beauty Multani Mitti and Rose Face Pack
*. Medium Silver Polished Hand Mirror with Intricate Detailing
I send them a mail on **th June and received a response from them, citing the current COVID** situation as the reason for the delay. I further received a message from them, on **th July, which stated that the items have been shipped. The message had an AWB number, but no courier name. It has been more than a month since and I have had no communication.
