I bought a recorded video lecture repeater course with Printed study material for NEET **** from Aakash.

I didn't get the student id and password. Whenever I'm trying to watch the video lectures, it is asking me to buy the course.

I contacted the customer care executive, the technical department to rectify this issue but so far none responded. I mailed the bill copy to them but still, they didn't respond to it
.
I didn't get the printed study materials also.I mailed to higher authorities and their grievances sections also but none solved my issue.

Please help me to solve this issue.
