Mughal bazaar chandni chowk delhi - Not delivered the ordered dress

I ordered lehanga on made to order basis with a few changes from the demo shown for **,*** and gave advance for **,*** on *th mar ****. They asked one month to make it ready. On *th April **** they said it's not ready and told me that they ll show me lehanga next day. On *th they showed me the lehanga which was completely not what I ordered. Then they said they have a piece which is prepared based on my specifications and showed me the piece which was the demo piece only what they showed earlier while ordering and was in a very bad condition. The work had no finishing at all and and the cloth. They kept on saying it's new but it was old. When asked to show the demo piece separately if they claim this as new, they said they don't have it right now. The cloth had bur on it and they are still not ready to accept their mistake and not giving me any of my money back. Today is **th April and from *th April they are just telling me everyday that tomo it will be available. Today I sent my cousin in delhi to go and check. She can see that the lehanga is old. They aren't ready to give my advance money back.
