Fern n petals - Not delivered not refunded

On *th Nov order No ******** Amt **** for my wife for her bday, was a disaster on taste.
The same day I gave an order for my son in UK who is gone for Studies, gave FNP enough time Oder No ******** amt ****. This was with lot of emotion attached and request them to deliver it by **th Nov, and on that day I kept messaging on Chat to us of FNP and request to deliver it on time, BUT ALL IN VAIN, and not delivered, the time difference was * hours ** mins back, and I thought it will be delivered, but shock to see and hear the next day from my son that nothing is come, all are emotions crushed the day and that time will never gone come back, and I told them to cancel and refund my money. And they are saying they will not refund, as it was attempted at **:** Pm, just ** mins before the special day is gone, they attempted it’s a white lie, what can you except from a person he might sleep by this time or go for party. The first order was truly very bad on taste and the second order not delivered and they are not refunding the same.
