Behrouz Biryani - not delivered as per your menu

yesterday I had ordered (order no ********) alishaan chicken feast and was supposed to get * phirnis as per Behrouz menu. Instead I got * gulab jamum. I had written immediately on the site to exchange the dessert but got no reply. Very bad customer inerface.
