Meesho - Not credited my refund amount Closed

I have purchased the products from meesho app. But as I didn't like the product I have return them back. It shows the amount has been refunded in meesho app but I have not received the amount till now. The below are the transaction id, amount , and the date the meesho app has claim to be refunded.

I tried meesho complaint customer service but they said already credited money to my ebix account.
I have proof of bank statement and transaction number

please I hope you will credit my refund amount to my bank account through meesho .
