I had requested closure of Capital float Loan account, which was offered as Amazon pay later, As while opening the capital float had opened a loan account under capital float and karur vyasa bank, After my request for closure Capital float Account has been closed but not the Karur Vyasa Loan Account, i reached out to Capital float people they are not doing the needful which is impacting the cibil score inflate due to which i am unable to take a business loan, i am filing this case for my issue to be solved
