Hi, I am from Kolkata and I am using d*h over * years. My customer id ******** box no (***********). My previous balance expired on *th Feb ****. My plan was Platinum HD. Therefore I have recharged Rs **** and selected a plan from d*h website, the plan was changed successfully. But after a few days, all Bengali regional channels have been stopped and my plan was changed to platinum hd plan automatically. Now after repeated request plan not migrated and I was not able to select broadcaster plan, always it was showing due to a technical problem the plan cannot be changed. At last after being fed up, I selected d*h Bengali combo days on **th Feb, but still, that plan has not been changed. I am not getting any reply mail or they even don’t respond over my twitter messages. Every day I am spending over * hour to contact d*h customer care.
