Byjus Premium - Not cancelling my course

On **-**-**** I received a call from byjus that the counselor is coming my home for counselling my brother. He take a test and explore about their cousre.The counselor said earlier that the byjus classes will be according to the school syllabus but it is not the same. He also said that we can cancel the course if there is any problem with it. We want to cancel the course because my brother is no longer interested in the course.I am trying to cancel the course from the last ** or ** days but they are not responding me efficiently, even they had not cancelled the course and refund my money.
