Director, Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati, Govt. Medical College, Nalhar (mewat) - not called for interview

I have applied for the post of Senior Residents of Dentistry Department (Oral & Maxillofacial surgery) as per Advt. No: SHKM/Rectt./**/** (Last Date: **.**.****). I have sent my application form by speedpost (Article number - EH*********IN) on **/**/** and was delievered on **/**/** (proof attached). But my name has been published among candidates with late recieved applications. How can it be possible because INDIANPOST is clearly shoeing that article was recieved at reciever's address before * pm on **/**/**. How can it be possible?
Kindly check everything because i am very disappointed because this interview could have brought shines in my career.
