Teacher (governmet College) - Not been paid for my architectural services

I was referred to this particular client for consultation and services from July ****. Everything was fine until he started verbally attacking and he started pin picking me and my partner every third day after the RCC was done. He has paid for our services only till the first RCC but has not paid us our dues after that which is almost * months of tireless works and hundreds of site visits, and says that since he himself is a lawyer, he isn't scared of anyone.
Now, when we said that we are self-respectful citizens and won't work for him if he misbehaves with the architect ( a lady ) he just walked off saying he isn't bothered about the consequences and he won't be paying us any due amount.
