Lakme Academy Bathinda - Not availablity of Makeup products and professional trainers

I,Vishal, from Faridabad, enrolled in Lakme Academy, Bathinda for basic to Advanced makeup course in first week of June,****.
I was assured to be completed the course within * months. It has been * months. Even basic is not to be done yet. They don't have professional trainers and not have products. As i am out of station i have been staying in PAying Guest house. Authority of Lakme always come with false promises and make me fool. Even i have mailed them twice but i was told that as per your attendance **percent course has been completed. Even they are trying to proof themselves right by hook and crook when I tell them to knock the door of consumers court...they are not providing me slip however i have bank statement as i paid digital to them. I requested them either to change my course of return my money. But they are not acting upon my request...Even i shared with Mr. Arvind mishra who is head of Lakme in Punjab region. But he is not looking into this matter and taking favour of owner of Lakme Bathinda. I could say, birds of same feather flock together,

You are my last hope..plz do it needful. My father is very poor person .i collected money very hard and came to Lakme, Bathinda to have wings of career but they cut my wings..
