Not at all cooperating so rude I’m a student and I have to travel in emergency I was ready to pay extra but **** they asked and when I said keep my one bag for just an hour someone will come and pick so that girl and guy were like we can’t they just want money I was so helpless there is no relative I live alone here but then afterwards the counter people were changed and they did help me a lot and they even kept my bag so nice of them
