You - Not approving refund upon disconnection

URGENT !!Due to the poor service to You Broadband and due to that , I faced loss of pay in my work and I suffered a lot. I paid * months plan and they are not approving refund for plan upon disconnection and are saying plan money is not refundable... I was not told about that and neither I have Signed any document regarding this.. Please disconnect my connection and refund my amount ... I have suffered a lot and We are facing loss of pay in work due to internet problems
