Meesho - Not approve return by meesho and not issue refund

Dear sir
My name is Mohd Firoz, and my Meesho account number is **********. I had purchased a study table from the Meesho app on **.**.****, with order ID ******************, which was delivered to me on **.**.****. I found the quality of the study table to be unsatisfactory, so I initiated a return on **.**.**** itself. However, till date (**.**.****), Meesho has not approved my return. I have been in touch with Meesho customer care since **.**.****, but they keep citing technical issues and delaying the process.

I request you to please intervene and get my study table return approved by Meesho, and facilitate a refund at the earliest. If not, I will be forced to take necessary legal action against Meesho. I would be grateful for your assistance in this matter.
