Dear sir/mam,
I have BIG BAZAAR(BB) profit club card provided by FUTURE RETAIL PVT LTD,which i have taken from BB katni city mall.
This BB card provide ***** shopping on ***** rs payment, i have taken * cards last year.
Today i went to BB katni city mall for Purchasing Cooking Oil, now they are saying that we can not provide a single item , you have to purchase at least **** rs items to purchase cooking oil, although they have not written any such thing in their terms and conditions.
I complaint on CSD counter for the same but they saying , do whatever you want, we make condition by own.
please help me in this matter,my hard earned ***** is stucked and they are not allowing to purchase my needful things.
I have also filled complaint on their portal https://www.futureretail.in/contact-us/contact-us.html but they not replied.
