NMAT - Not Allowed To Take Exam

They didnot allowing to write nmat exam, what should i do now. I bought an id : adhaar they are telling to get another id. Where should i get another now. No where mentioned on admit card My home is ** kms frm here. This is ridiculous from nmat, taking money and not allowing to write exam. Atleast give me another attempt or reschedule my exam. My one year will go waste because of this issue. Kindly help me out.
