Bhakti Salvi filed complaint against Zupee Gold on May 13, 2022
I have verified my KYC successfully by pancard but then after my upi id details removed automatically from app, and when I tried to add my upi id and bank account, I continuously received error message of mismatch in name as per KYC and upi id, I have confirmed that my details are same and correct as per upi id and pancard but zupee app doesn't allow me to add bank account or upi id, in this matter if I am unable to add bank account and unable to withdraw my winning amount,then what's the point?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
