MaxBupa - Not adding my new born baby to Madiclaim policy after renewal

Hi,
After renewal my mediclaim policy for this year in February they forget to add my new born baby boy. I have called them many times, emailed(I have all threaded emails) after * month they realized that this lapse from their end, I have call recording as well. Now they are not providing help because they have to return my all baby vaccination bills.
