Go Warranty Services LLP - Not activated warranty plan cancellation and refund

I Sudip Saha bought warranty for my G***G */***GB mobile from "Go Warranty & Services LLP" company.
But a few days after purchasing the warranty, my mobile got completely damaged.
The company said that this plan should be activated after ** days of purchase.
But I haven't made the plan yet.
I asked the company for a refund of the product by canceling and asking for a refund but they mailed **% off warranty plan non-refundable.
After that there was no more talk.
I mailed legal notices to the company and tweeted on the X handle, but got no response.
