Valinta For Mens - Not accepting return

I ordered clothing via https://valintaformens.com/ & their Return and refund Policy says "Consumer must initiate the return process within * days of receiving the product" but they do not have online process to initiate return. All they have is an email ID to which they never respond & an phone no. which is invalid. Therefore I am unable to return the package.
Reason for return: Quality is sub standard & also the product received is defective
