Md Computers - Not accepting return

I bought a Graphic card from md computers and they sent me a gpu with no seal and I requested for a return they accused me for replacing the seal with ordinary tape and they are not accepting the return.
After and a long and frustrating discussion with md computer and there distributor we came to conclusion that there was no seal in the first place even after that they are not accepting the return.
They have wasted a lot of my time, I had to return another Graphic card from another seller because md computers didn't accept my return, I went through the mental agony trying to convince their shitty customer support that there was no fault from my side.
