Peachmode.com - Not accepting return request

I ordered sadi from peachmode.com. they delivered it in time. When i opened package and saw sadi its highly overpriced. So i request them for return. Peachmode rejected my return request by giving reason the product i bought is in sale. Now when i brought this item online there was option mentioning easy return so i brought this.
If you brought any product from peachmode.com and you want to return it there is no option on there web to generate return request. Customer needs to E-mail them then they ask for reason and then decide whether to raise request or not. They takes atleast week for this procedure and at last rejecte your request.
