Shanaya Clothing - Not accepting return of falsely presented products and issuing refund

I bought two Indian dresses from Shanaya Clothing after seeing it's advertisement on Instagram. I Bought it from its official website only after confirming it's authenticity with its customer care.
Post receiving the order i found that both the clothes are completely different in apperance, like completely different than what has been shown in the images on its instagram page.

The colour is different, stitching is extremely poor, padding inside the kurti is not aligned properly and hence it's giving extremely bad look post wearing it. The bust area is completely tight.

In picture they have shown it's royal blue colour, has a beautiful lower back with designer knots and gharara as bottom, however they have sent me the Plazzo for bottom wear instead of gharara.

The back is not deep nor there are designer knots.
Another dress has same issue, complete stitching is different than what has been shown the dress looks like on their website and insta page.

I immediately email them on *rd April of return and refund as I don't want the product again and want to waste my money and time, however they didn't respond my email till today.

Finally on *th April I texted them on WhatsApp however they replied me they won't issue refund instead they will only exchange the product.

I don't want that product as I don't Believe on their quality anymore.

I need a full refund for my purchase of **** rupees from them.

It's extremely sad to see such kind of seller behaviour towards the customer. It's harrasment with people for giving a false impression of the product online and the. Avoiding them.
