Pepperfry Limited - Not accepting my request of refund

I have got the chair today only with order id *********.
The chair is extremely uncomfortable and side adjustment is very hard.When I am calling customer care they are shouting at me.they are telling me refund is not possible .today only I received it its a refund policy of * days.telling me do whatever u want .muskan ayesha from customer service.
