*. I want to draw certain points for your favorable consideration please.
(a) The reliance petrol pump available at Adityapuram, Bhind Road,DD Nagar, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh is not accepting digital payment mode either in UPI or Debit card. They regularly deny to accept payment in digital mode. It can be checked by your representative.
*. Secondly, the behaviour of the staff is very harsh, they can't speak in polite way. They used word like " LENA HAI TOH LOH NAHI TOH JAAO." This word had been used to my wife.
*. In view of the above, it is requested to look into the matter and take some disciplinary against the staff like some amount to withhold so that they never use harsh word.
