Twelve Percent Club - Not able to withdraw money even after the deposit got matured

I invested approximately amount of ₹**,*** in **% Club and the maturity date was of July *nd. It has been more than two days now and there is no customer support that is available to us. Every time I mail to their customer support, they ask me to wait for ** hours and again on the other day after waiting for ** hours I am being asked to wait again for ** hours and it keeps on going, and I do not have a proper resolution to it.
