Saif Ullah Khan filed complaint against Tata Sky India on Oct 2, 2018
Already recharged with Rs *** amount and not able to view any channels and after talking to customer care they told again to recharge with some amount and still not able to view any channels.
again talking to them they say **hrs wait ans still the same issue plus the web chat option mail and customer care phone are now not available anytime and if by luck connected they drop the call in-between.
i even have the written transcript from the customer care which i will be using as a proof for complaining against tatasky.
It's been over a month now and i am really not happy with tata sky at all.
