candes - Not able to return the uninstalled product

HI I Purchased candes **l storage water gyser from flipkart and also paid for the installation and demo.
Product deliverd on **.**.**** and installation planned on **.**.**** which is not happen, i contineously called to the customercare but no use. Without any info installation cancelled on **.**.****. i didn't oprn the product and requesing flipkart customer service to return, they raised installation process still not done.
