Nehamta - Not able to return or exchange the product

I have ordered the kurta set of brand Nehamta on Ajio app through cash on delivery. I have already received the product and there are size issue with the product due to which i want to exchange my product. But in the Ajio app, it is not showing delivered due to which i am not able to exchange or return the product. I have also contacted the customer care through contact no. and app but nobody reponded yet. It is very disappointing. Please i request you to resolve my issue.
