Bugario Clothing - Not able to return my product

The moment I received my order I got to know this isn't working as it has claimed. I wanted to return the product but there's no option for that, I checked their refund policy and they stated to contact them for return. I've been trying to contact them ever since but no response. I've sent several whatsapp messages, several emails, still no response. I want my money back!! Kindly help.
