CLEARTRIP COM - Not able to reschedule flight even though paid for flexifly

I booked a flight on cleartrip.com for *rd September **** and paid for flexifly (which means i can reschedule my flight without paying extra money) but am not able to reschedule it nor even cancel it. The number for contacting them provided on their website is not working, and support or contact us is also not working it shows error, I have a flight tomorrow and this site is not at all working.
