Mpokket - Not able to repay the overdue amount

I have taken loan from mpokket, and it has become overdue by one day.. but app is not allowing me to repay the loan amount. It is showing loan is under process,please try after * minutes. For past ** days it is like this only.. also i contacted them and they send me repayment links. That links too not showing this overdue amount. If it is not showing in the link and app is not allowing to repay, how will i pay this money.. because of this they are charging extra due amount daily.. and annoying executives are calling daily twice or thrice and threatening me.. i need a solution for this.. iam ready to pay the amount but there is no way i can repay.. many times i have send the screen recording of this issue to their support mail address..
