Opulentus The Visa Company - Not able to deliver services which was promised

I have started the process with opulentus as they promised me an express entry visa to Canada. I started the process in September **** and paid the sum of around **,***. I have been assured by one method or another they will surely get me my visa then after some time pandemic happened and my process was delayed. In between this my contract expired and they told me please renew the contract as we will provide you **% discount to renew one year contract. Again they gave me surety. I thought I have to consider the pandemic so I renewed my may contract again with them and paid around *****. Almost a year passed again and they are not able to compile the promise they made and there is no communication from them as well. I asked for a refund but they said I am not liable for one. While in the contract they have already mentioned if they are not able to deliver service successfully they will provide a refund. This is so frustrating please help as I don't want my money to get wanted as it's all my own hard earn money
