- Not able to check order status

Hi,
I could order clothes from fashchic ** without creating an account with them but with this email on **-**-****. Order #******. But now when I have created account to check my order status, logging into my account, it doesn't show my order. How should I check my order status. Their website is not even allowing me to submit my concern. I either want my order or refund. Please help.
