Travalook - Not able to cancel the ticket and get a refund

I booked a ticket with free cancellation add on. When I wanted to cancel the ticket first of all I am unable to do that from their portal and if u contact them to cancel it they say you will get merely *** and later on ****. They are fooling and mentally harassing. Not at all telling the truth and why they are taking the fees for cancellation when I booked the ticket with free cancellation addon.
