Preethi Mixer Grinder - Not a worthy product

I bought a Preethi peppy mixer grinder * months back on a store near me. I found a worst experience with the mixer grinder. It's not even grinding a coconut but in the box it was mentioned it as a heavy duty motor. On the box it was mentioned it as no * brand so we trust the company but we found only disappointment. Everyday we use a mixer grinder for cooking but this mixer grinder give me a mental dipression on every day grinding. If I pour little more water on the jar the lid is open and paint my face with the chutney
