This is with ref. to compliant number [## ****** ##] Order #*****. I had purchased the Push Truly Wireless Earbuds on November **, **** through Skullcandy website. This is my second replacement within ** days, the earlier replaced product was also not worked. After pairing the both the earbuds, the device is not visible on any of the mobile. I have checked * different mobile handsets.
Same problem happening again and again for which i sent device back to you. I had repeatedly telling you to check the device before sending, but you people give a damn care on this. This type of attitude and behaviour not expecting from such a brand name and also not acceptable.
Very bad and poor customer support
