I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding a failed withdrawal transaction of ₹***,*** (Rupees One Lakh Only), requested on ** April **** via Transaction ID ********* under my account username Ganu**.

Despite repeated follow-ups over more than three months, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. Upon checking with my bank using the UTR number provided by Dafabet, I was informed that the funds were returned to Dafabet. I have shared my complete bank statement with Dafabet, which clearly proves that no such credit has been received on my end.

In addition to the unresolved transaction, the support provided by Dafabet has been extremely unprofessional:
• Chats were disconnected without any resolution.
• Support representatives left mid-conversation.
• No timeline, accountability, or clear updates were given.

This situation has caused me considerable mental stress, financial anxiety, and loss of valuable time.

I am now formally requesting Voxya’s assistance to:
*. Direct Dafabet to immediately credit the ₹***,*** to my registered bank account.
*. Ensure Dafabet provides ₹**,*** in compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused.
*. Trigger an investigation into Dafabet’s handling of failed withdrawals and unprofessional support behavior.
