crofarm com - Nonrefund of wallet balance by Otipy

I had two accounts with otipy with mobile numbers ********** & ********** having cash wallet amount of Rs ***/- & Rs. ***/- respectively.
As the otipy has stopped services, I requested for refund on contact@crofarm.com on **th May,****. Company replied that amount will be refunded within ** to ** days, but no refund has been done.
