i hemali mitulkumar patel took membership of your company pinnacle luxury service pvt ltd. having membership dated: **/**/**** buy paying rs.**,***/- (credit card) till today i have not availed any service of pinnacle. i have request company pinnacle to refund my payment my cancelling the membership. i have sent various mail to the company (customercare@pinnacletrip.in ) the copy of which is attached for your reference. i also visited personally me & my husband to the company pinnacle luxury regarding person azharbhai--regarding refund of my payment. the company has behind to refund my payment. i request you consider my appeal do the further proceeding & take the necessary action.
