Sir,
That I Sri Pravu Prasad Pattanaik, want to draw your kind attention towards the non- payment of maturity value of Sahara India investments in all subsidiary societies formed by Sahara India Pariwar as per the promised terms of the respective schemes.
*. That I alingwith my wife have invested an amount of Rs. Rs.**,**,***/ in different certificates (** numbers)(Rupees Seventeen lakh sixty eight thousand six hundred thirty one Only) with good faith to get a payback of amount Rs. **,**,***/ within the stipulated matured period.(Copy attached h/w).
*. That we have failed to get the amount in the promised time as per the schemes which clearly depicts deficiency of service.
*. That in spite of my submission of all certificates before your office, you failed to encash the same with some plea or other. I have attended and contacted personally for several times to the Sahara Branch office at Puri but you nor your office staff did not take due steps sincerely for payment of my maturity amount and harassing a lot physically, financially and mentally.
Therefore I request you to encash my all matured certificates and effect payment of maturity values of all immediately as I urgently in need of money for my treatment and to meet several social exigencies like marriage of my daughter and son in interest of justice and equity. The harassments and non-payment of maturity values causes undue hardship to me as I am a senior citizen.
