Inflolabs - NonPayment of wages and Salary Unjustified job termination

Hi Sir/Madam,
I was given the offer letter to join Inflolabs (Revidd) on ** May ****, as a UI/UX Designer after completing * rounds of interview by HR Manager (Gauri) & CEO (Kiran). They asked me to join immediately within * days after making sure that my portfolio and skillset are satisfactory. But within a week they informed me that there is a cultural differences with what company believes and that I am not in sync with that culture (I am till date not informed/aware of what exactly the culture of Inflolab is).
They then asked me to work till ** June **** and need to close existing projects that were assigned to me. I agreed to it and delivered the projects.
On last day of work, HR (Gauri) called and said it will take ** days for Final Settlement and Salary to be credited. Within a week I joined another company and its been * months till date INFLOLABS has neither responded officially nor HR responding to my calls.
These guys (INFLOLABS Management and HR) wasted my ** days of valuable time working on their project but didn't pay my salary for the time period i worked with them. I also came to know they did same with other designer(s) who worked earlier (but couldn't confirm exact details).
I request concerned authorities to take necessary action so that other don't go through all this and get into the trap of such fraud company who take advantage and spoil careers of professionals.
