Ansal API - Nonpayment of two FD quarterly interest
M.N.SUBRAMANIAN filed complaint against Ansal API on Jun 3, 2019
Please refer to ANSAL API FD C*-***** of Rs. *.** lac originally matured on **/**/**** now with an extended maturity date as April ****, vide FD nos ******* Rs. *.** lac & ******* Rs. *.** lac. Quarterly interests due on Dec **** & Mar **** are still due. I am a non-pensioner senior citizen of age above ** depending solely on FD interest income only for our day to day needs.
Kindly do the needful to settle the above dues which are already much over dues. NCLT orders are not implemented properly. Kindly help.
